Shipping Policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at mandalynnichole.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on using the contact form, under the "Contact" page.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Royal Mail 2nd Class- free, default untracked shipping service

Royal Mail 48 hour- upgraded, 48-hour delivery, tracked shipping service

Royal Mail 24 hour- upgraded, 24-hour delivery, tracked shipping service

Order Processing Time

Order processing times vary as I'm a one-woman operation! As a standard, I try to process, package, and ship orders within 1-3 working days (not including weekends). Under circumstances of illness, holiday, or unforseen circumstances, processing and shipping times will vary.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has been shipped. Any changes to delivery addresses requested must be to the original country quoted at checkout. We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Parcels uncollected due to unpaid fees are not eligible for a refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email of the shipment. Parcels shipped free via Royal Mail 2nd class will not have tracking available. Any orders with upgraded shipping added on, will be provided with tracking details.
