Our returns & refunds policy for purchases made on mandalynnichole.com are listed below. This policy does not extend to puchases made on Mandalyn Nichole branded products or services made outside the bounds of this website.

Returns

We accept returns on most* items within 1 month of the shipping date, or 14 days of item receipt (whichever gives you the most time). The postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Mandalyn Nichole Art.

Refunds will be granted only to items that are returned in their original condition. Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the recipient and are not eligible for refund or replacement. We suggest purchasing an upgraded shipping method at checkout, which includes insurance for your purchase, to avoid any unfortunate circumstances. By choosing our free, standard shipping, you are choosing to accept any consequences to your parcel if transit is not kind to it.

*Exception to returns- we do not accept the return of earrings, to avoid any potential hygiene risks.

Refunds

Upon the return of your purchase in its original condition, a partial refund (subtracting the cost of postage) will be provided.

Refunds are not provided if no items are returned, or if the items returned are no longer in their original condition.

Refunds are not provided for items returned after a month has passed from their original shipment date.

Refunds are not provided for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Exchanges
